Internet Plans: Fiber and High-Speed
Every plan with its whole specification sheet: symmetrical fiber from 300 Mbps to 2 Gbps, and non-fiber high-speed tiers where fiber has not been built. Upload, latency, data allowance, gateway and term are all listed, because with no price on the page, the specs are what you are choosing on.

Every Tier We Sell
Not every tier reaches every address. The call establishes which of these are actually provisionable for you.

Fiber 300
300 Mbps
300 Mbps upload · 8-14 ms latency
- Term
- Month-to-month
- Install
- Professional
- Upload matches download, so a 4K video call is unaffected by someone uploading at the same time
- No data cap and no throttling threshold
- Month-to-month with no term commitment
Details verified August 28, 2026
Fiber 500
500 Mbps
500 Mbps upload · 8-14 ms latency
- Term
- 12 months
- Install
- Professional
- Symmetrical 500 Mbps — a household can stream, back up to cloud storage and hold two video calls without contention
- No data cap
- Supports roughly 12-18 simultaneously active devices before contention is noticeable
Details verified August 28, 2026
Fiber 1 Gig
1000 Mbps
1000 Mbps upload · 6-12 ms latency
- Term
- 12 months
- Install
- Professional
- 6 GHz band is uncontended by older devices, so the gigabit is reachable over Wi-Fi and not only on the wire
- Symmetrical upload sustains multi-camera security recording to cloud storage without degrading other traffic
- No data cap
Details verified August 28, 2026
Fiber 2 Gig
2000 Mbps
2000 Mbps upload · 6-12 ms latency
- Term
- 12 months
- Install
- Professional
- 10 Gbps WAN port on the gateway, so the line is not the bottleneck if you add multi-gig LAN later
- Wi-Fi 7 multi-link operation holds a stable connection across 5 GHz and 6 GHz simultaneously
- Symmetrical 2 Gbps — relevant for large media uploads, not for streaming; most households will not saturate it
Details verified August 28, 2026
High-Speed 100
100 Mbps
20 Mbps upload · 18-35 ms latency
- Term
- 12 months
- Install
- Self or professional
- Available at addresses with no fiber in the ground — this is the non-fiber path
- 20 Mbps upload is the real constraint: one 1080p video call is comfortable, two simultaneous is not
- 1,200 GB monthly data allowance; a 4K-heavy household of four can reach it
Details verified August 28, 2026
High-Speed 400
400 Mbps
40 Mbps upload · 18-35 ms latency
- Term
- 12 months
- Install
- Self or professional
- 400 Mbps down handles four simultaneous 4K streams with headroom
- 40 Mbps upload supports two 1080p video calls plus a security camera uploading to cloud storage
- 1,200 GB monthly data allowance

Coverage Across Our Markets
Fiber is present in 8 of the 8 markets we operate in, and non-fiber high-speed reaches all of them. Coverage is held per address rather than per city: a build covers one side of a street and not the other, and reaches a block of houses but not the apartment on the corner.
Where a market page is published, it carries that market’s real install lead times and the neighbourhoods served. Markets appear as that detail is verified.
How Ordering Through Us Works
One call. A person checks every serviceable option at your address rather than one network’s footprint, tells you which tiers actually provision there, books the install and stays the point of contact if it needs rescheduling.
The service and the network are identical to ordering direct. What differs is that you get one conversation covering everything available at the address instead of checking several sites and finding out at the end that the tier you chose does not reach you. If you already know exactly what you want and your address is straightforward, ordering direct is a perfectly reasonable choice and we will say so.
A Technician, at Your Address, on a Date You Chose
Fiber installs run 3-7 business days where a drop already reaches the property and 5-10 where it has to be built. We book the appointment, hold the point of contact, and tell you which case you are in before you commit rather than after.
The Install, Step by Step
- 01
Availability confirmed at your address
On the call, against the live system. This is where an address that looked serviceable sometimes turns out not to be — better then than on install day.
- 02
Appointment booked
3-7 business days for fiber where a drop already reaches the property, 5-10 where it does not. 2-5 business days for a non-fiber self-install kit.
- 03
Technician attends
For fiber: the drop is terminated, an optical network terminal is mounted inside, and the gateway connects to it. For non-fiber: an active coaxial outlet is located and signal levels are checked.
- 04
Service tested and live
Provisioned and tested end to end before the technician leaves. If it is not working when they leave, it is not finished — that is the standard to hold the appointment to.
The things that actually delay an appointment, in order of frequency: nobody over 18 present, no permission to drill in a rented property, no accessible mains outlet at the chosen gateway location, and a locked communications room in an apartment building. All four are avoidable, and we raise them on the call.
Common Questions
How do I know which speed tier my household needs?
Count simultaneous heavy activities, not devices. Each 4K stream needs roughly 25 Mbps, each 1080p video call roughly 4 Mbps up and down, and a large game download will take whatever is spare. A household running three 4K streams and a video call at once is comfortable at 300 Mbps. Upload is the number people under-buy: if anyone works from home or you run cameras, look at the upload column first.
Is fiber available at my address?
It is an address-level question, not a city-level one. Fiber builds cover one side of a street and not the other, and reach a block of houses but not the apartment building on the corner. We check the specific address on the call and tell you what is actually serviceable there, including when the answer is nothing we can supply.
What is the difference between ordering through you and ordering direct?
The service and the network are identical. What differs is the ordering path: one call, a person who checks every serviceable option at your address rather than one provider's footprint, and someone who handles scheduling and coordinates the install date. If you already know exactly what you want and the address is straightforward, ordering direct is a perfectly reasonable choice.
How long does installation take from the call?
Three to seven business days for fiber where a drop already reaches the property, five to ten where it does not. Two to five business days for a non-fiber self-install kit. Older neighbourhoods and apartment buildings that need building permission run longer, and we tell you which case you are in before you commit.
Do I have to sign a term contract?
Not on every tier. The entry fiber tier is month-to-month. Higher fiber tiers and the non-fiber tiers carry a 12-month term, and early termination on those is prorated against the months remaining, so the exposure falls each month you stay.
Do I own the gateway or rent it?
The gateway stays with the service. It is not a purchase, and it must be returned within 21 days of disconnection or a non-return charge applies. If you would rather use your own equipment, that is possible on the non-fiber tiers and not on fiber, where the gateway terminates the optical line.
Can I use my own router?
On non-fiber tiers, yes — the supplied gateway can run in bridge mode and your own router handles routing and Wi-Fi. On fiber the supplied unit terminates the optical connection and cannot be replaced, though you can put it in bridge mode and run your own equipment behind it.
