What an Authorized Reseller Actually Does
We are not a network operator and we are not a monitoring company. We do not own fiber, we do not run a monitoring centre, and we do not set the terms attached to either. What we do is sit between you and the systems that hold serviceability data, check every option that provisions at your address rather than one provider’s footprint, and coordinate the install.
The service you receive is identical to ordering direct. The network is the same, the equipment is the same, and the monitoring centre is the same. What differs is that one conversation covers everything available at your address, instead of checking several sites and discovering at the end that the tier you picked does not reach you.
If you already know exactly what you want and your address is straightforward, ordering direct is a perfectly reasonable thing to do, and we will tell you so on the call rather than talk you out of it.
Why There Are No Prices on This Site
Because a figure that is not tied to your address is not information. What provisions at a given address depends on the build that reaches that street, the tiers available on it, and the terms running in that market at the time. Publishing one number would make it wrong for most readers and misleading for the rest.
So the site publishes the entire specification instead — every speed, every upload figure, every latency range, every device, every sensor count, every contract mechanism — and confirms the commercial terms on the call. That is a worse experience if all you want is a number to compare. It is a better one if you want to know what you are actually buying.
Why There Are No Brand Names Either
Reseller agreements restrict how and where a provider’s name may be used in marketing, and the safe answer is not to use them at all. It costs us search traffic from people typing a brand name into Google, and it means this site competes on specification depth and local knowledge instead.

How We Are Licensed
Alarm sales and installation are licensed activities in most states, and the licence numbers under which we operate are listed in the trust bar at the top of every commercial page and in full on our disclosures page. Ask for them on the call if you would rather hear them from a person — it is a reasonable thing to ask and nobody legitimate will hesitate.
